What boats do we sail?

We have established fleets of Members' Lasers, Toppers, Enterprises, Gulls, Solos and Wanderers, together with a handicap fleet currently including: Mirrors, Vibes, Comets, Optimists and Fireflies. We can accept applications for monohull dinghies up to 4.5 metres.

We also have a fleet of Club boats which are used for training and are available for hire to Club Members, including:

1 x Enterprise - large family dinghy

3 x Wanderers - good family boats

1 x Gull - 1-2 person dinghy

1 x Firefly - a very competitive dinghy

4 x Lasers - single handers with full rigs for those feeling sporty and smaller rigs for pottering

6 x Toppers - single handers for children or adults

4 x Picos - 1-2 person dinghy

6 x Optimist - junior single hander

6 x Sit-on-Kayaks 1 and 2 seaters

4 x Pyrhana Master TG Club sit-in kayaks - single seater

2 x Standup Paddleboards (SUPs) - an opportunity to try these popular craft

Members may hire the club boats at daily or half daily rates as shown below.  Alternatively, members may purchase an annual permit for unlimited individual use. 

All club boats are available on a first-come basis.

Payment Methods

Payment by BACS is the preferred method. This can be done as soon as you return home after being at the club. Please send an email to sesca.admin@gmail.com explaining the payment.

If you have to pay by cheque or cash, follow the instructions on the hire fee payment envelopes in the clubhouse.

NOTE:  Season hire permits are available at a charge of £90.00 per annum and covers the hire of a single craft at any one time.
